Stop overeating, lose
weight and get healthy
Get moving and exercise
to feel in shape
Get organized or master
any other habit to feel
in control
Another day, week, month, or year goes by, and you’re still going to start on Monday or someday (spoiler alert: someday is NOT a day of the week) or wait until:
You don’t have the
energy you once had
You feel embarrassed about how many times you said you were going to do it, and you haven’t
You’ve settled on the way you look and chalk it up to “midlife middle” and weight gain
You’ve basically given up on the idea that you could start and then maintain healthy habits
“Why bother, I will just fail – again”
“I never follow through”
“I’m too old to change”
“I’m not disciplined”
“It’s too hard”
It’s totally possible – even after 50 to:
You can be happy and proud about the way you take care of yourself – and even be a great role model for your kids.
Let’s talk about how I can help – meeting you where you are now and getting you to where you want to be.
I struggled with weight my whole life – joining Weight Watchers at 15 years old. (I bet you’ve done “the points program” and all of the others, too.) Also, in my 20’s, I belonged to Overeaters Anonymous.
I constantly would call myself “a fat blob” in my teens and 20’s and think about the weight I needed to lose.
I thought exercise was for other people because I was over 50, and it was all downhill from there. (Pretty depressing!)
After raising a family and caring for everyone else, I
wanted to focus on myself.
I struggled to put in place healthy habits that would
actually stick.
Changing my mindset was the answer, along with all
the tips and tools I learned on habit formation.
I needed to change my identity and learn easy hacks to overcome my obstacles.
Once I did all this, it worked!
I started running at 52 years old and lost those last 10 pounds after 60 years old.
I developed healthy habits and know how to maintain
them easily.
It’s much easier than you think.
I know how to solve this. Your past does NOT define your future. As a certified weight (no comma) and life coach, I have a process to help you get there.
I want to help women over 50 to be confident and vibrant – after all, you are heading into your next best chapter!
I am the accountability, cheerleader, and habit hacker that you have always wanted.
Why would you wait?

“If you want some lifestyle changes, Vicky can really help. I came to coaching without direction, unable to complete tasks & procrastinating. One example is that I was floundering with my goal of creating a cookbook. I also lacked confidence in my abilities.
After coaching with Vicky, I gained confidence in myself and learned about the importance of a plan, breaking down tasks and following through. The completion of the cookbook is on track! I no longer label myself a procrastinator but know that I am very capable. I can get things done.
She is very good at what she does, and I highly recommend her.”

“Before working with Vicky, I was struggling with not following through and feeling bad about it. Through coaching, I have a very different perspective and lots of tools that allow me to easily follow through.
Healthy habits like drinking water and stretching are consistent and effortless parts of my life now. Moreover, I have a much better relationship with myself.
I highly recommend coaching with Vicky if you want a plan, tools, and support to get you to your goals!“
– Cheryl C.
“Vicky gave me new perspectives and approaches to my daily life. She helped me with managing and prioritizing my daily tasks by providing me with useful tips. What I also appreciated with her coaching was we worked on my old habits of thinking, Changing my old beliefs about myself with Vicky’s help was the most powerful gift.
Vicky is upbeat and warm. Her advice and tips are grounded and therefore believable. This made me feel “Yeah I can do that” each time she gave me advice and suggestions.“
